Wesley Tilley is Director of Product Management with Oracle. Wes is responsible for the SS7 and Diameter related products as part of Oracle Communications. Wes has 28 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily in the areas of software development and product management. Wes received a B.Sc. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A. from Duke University.
