There's a lot of smoke and mirrors surround IP Exchange or IPX, so it's good to look towards some of the

Moving on from the worthy principles brings us to the research conducted recently by IPX experts Hot Telecom, What Customers Think and Want, which was based on interviews with 70 CSP's and flags that 65% of the respondents plan to be using IPX services by the end of 2015 (
