Reasons to be happy #1 no zooming

It's the little things that make you happy, like being able to read the latest issue of Total Telecom+ on the  iPad without pinching and zooming.

That's right, we've being working on a refresh for our popular monthly analysis, Total Telecom+ with the big change being that it is specifically designed for reading on a tablet computer or a Smartphone.

To this end we have updated the Apps for Apple iOS and also for Android, but we've retained the eternally popular PDF.

Sorry, but if you were a fan of the online page turning replica magazine, it is no more!

So what are the big changes:

650,001 Apps in the iPhone App Store

OK, OK this might not be entirely true, but About.com reports there to be 650,000 apps in the App Store as of June 2012 and with the launch today of the Total Telecom news app, that makes 650,001...

But we hear you shout Total Telecom already has an app, and so we do, but this is different. We've had since March 2011 a dedicated app for our Total Telecom+ analysis publication, and now well over 4,000 of you have downloaded this, but we didn't have an app for Total Telecom news.

All that changes today with the launch of the shiny new Total Telecom news app. This offers , for free, a whole range of features, including:

• The latest news from Total Telecom online, delivered into topic specific sections, including: Mobility, Networks and Business, as well the latest Press Releases and White Papers.
• Updates from the @totaltelecom Twitter feed, which has almost 10,000 followers
• Access to our main LinkedIn group, where you can network with around 20,000 of your peers

Warning - Beware of #Android's

There may be a sudden outbreak of Androids, or at least Android editions of Total Telecom+ which is now live in the Android Market.

This new route to access for Total Telecom+ joins the iPad App edition that already has already been downloaded by over 1,800 users.

If you have an iPad, iPhone or Android device, make sure you check out the Total Telecom+ App - we're sure you'll be delighted by the compelling reading, viewing and sharing experience.
