The 10 ICT companies delivering the greatest user satisfaction #WCA14

The Users' Choice award at the World Communication Awards is all about delivering outstanding levels of satisfaction to the user.

The top ten are determined through research conducted by Ocean82 and Total Telecom [METHODOLOGY] with the winner being named at the gala dinner on the 2 December 2014.

The top ten this year are:

  • Atos
  • BT
  • KDDI Global
  • NTT Com
  • Orange Business Services
  • PCCW Global
  • SingTel
  • Telmex
  • T-Systems
  • Verizon

  • Considering that the winners for the last 5 years have all been traditional telco's, it's interesting to note that for the first time this year we have a finalist in Atos who isn't a telco. There again, it's entirely in line with the corporate ambition of the company that on acquiring Siemens IT Solutions and Services in 2011 said “Today is a momentous day for our company as we embark on the next chapter in our history to become a top 10 global IT services provider" (Thierry Breton, CEO, Atos) - it looks like they've made that happen!

So who were the previous winners? Well, one of them, no longer exists, Global Crossing now being part of Level3.

    2009 >> Global Crossing
    2010 >> Verizon
    2011 >> SingTel
    2012 >> Orange Business Services
    2013 >> NTT Com

Who will triumph in 2014, find out on the 2 December...

If you want to find out more about becoming or choosing an outstanding ICT company, Ocean82 CEO, Janet Watkin, will be running a session at this years Total Telecom Festival - come along and join the debate.

10 ICT companies that are the choice of the user #WCA14 #TTFest

The result is determined through an assessment of the survey responses resulting in a customer satisfaction index (CSI) - the company ranked most highly wins.

The 10 most highly rated have now been revealed, one of which will be named this years' Users' Choice on the 2 December 2014.

This year, for the first time Total Telecom is delighted to be able to offer greater insight into what drives outstanding performance at a roundtable discussion chaired by Ocean82 CEO, Janet Watkin, on day two of the Total Telecom Festival, 3 December 2014.

This session forms part of a unique day, immediately after the World Communication Awards where we will explore what makes a great telco. This will take the format of discussion panels and interactive roundtables and so is unmissable for anyone wanting to ensure their company stands out in a sea of competitors, and of course to ensure they are best placed to win WCA trophies in the future.

The survey collects views from enterprise users about their levels of satisfaction with the product, value for money and the levels of customer support they received from their provider in the last twelve months.
